- Visitors should book an appointment in advance via the lab's booking system.
- Respect booked times and leave the lab when your booking ends.
- Take care of the lab equipment and use it according to the instructions.
- Use guides and introduction apps to get familiar with the equipment
- Inform the ICT service immediately if any equipment is damaged or not working.
- Use all XR equipment safely, especially headsets and controllers
- Clean headset, hand controls according to instructions
- Make sure that when you leave the lab that equipment and controls are charged
- Do not modify or adjust the lab equipment on your own
- Do not use the equipment if you feel sick
- Do not leave the equipment unprotected, put it back in its right place, at its right station
- Read the safety instructions before you start your session
- Make sure you have enough space around you to avoid collisions
- If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable during use, remove the headset immediately
- Be aware of the location of emergency exits and the lab's emergency procedures
- Remember that health conditions can be affected by VR/AR technology, such as epilepsy, and follow the guidelines you receive
- Don't spend too long in VR without breaks
- Respect other visitors' time and space
- Avoid loud noises or other behavior that may disturb other users in the lab
- Food and drink are not allowed near technical equipment
- Alcohol is prohibited in the XR Lab
